No, this is not one of those get-rich-quick schemes that you have probably heard of a thousand times. I am talking about going to school – and what can be more legitimate than that, huh?
I’m talking about the Nouveau Riche program. This is actually a program for people who have no prior knowledge about real estate but still want to join this thriving industry.
The Nouveau Riche school is not like your typical college. It gives intensive courses among which you can choose depending on your preferred real estate path. It will teach you none of the dry-as-dust and usually unnecessary information and focus on al the necessary tips and tricks of the real estate trade so you will learn faster (it may not be get-rich-quick but you can get rich quick enough if you take the courses seriously) than you would in a regular college.
